Recruitment
Applicant tracking without another separate system
Publish vacancies, gather applications and move candidates through clear stages. When someone accepts, their agreed terms start their employee record.
Recruiting from an inbox makes it hard to see who has been contacted and who has been forgotten. Orbis HR includes a simple pipeline, and connects hiring to everything that comes after it, so you do not type the same details twice.
Your own careers page
Publish each live vacancy on a branded careers page with a simple application form. You can link to it from your own website, social media and job adverts.
Applications then arrive in one place, rather than spread across several inboxes.

- One place for all applications

A clear hiring pipeline
Move candidates through clear stages, with notes and interview scores against each person. Interviews are recorded with their interviewers, who are notified in Orbis HR.
Retention periods for unsuccessful applicants help make sure personal data is not kept indefinitely.

From offer to first day
Record an offer with salary, hours, start date and location. If pay is outside the range set for the vacancy, approval is needed.
Once accepted, the agreed terms become the start of the employee record, and a secure preboarding link can go to the new starter.
- Offers with approval rules
- Terms carried into the record
- Preboarding after acceptance
